⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly from within the Aquipax app:
- Open the Aquipax app
- Tap Settings in the sidebar
- Scroll to the bottom and tap 🗑️ Reset all data
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Subscription and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law (HMRC). All other personal data is deleted immediately.
After deletion
- You will be signed out of all devices immediately
- Your data cannot be recovered after deletion
- If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled — no further charges will be made
- You may create a new account at any time
